Why?
At any time, but especially in times of high inflation and rising costs, Churches need to practice good stewardship. That’s where ERM can help. Because of our deep expertise in the area of expense reduction, we are able to negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the church and get significant cost reductions.
Who am I and My Pledge To You:
Before starting ERM, I was Director of Purchasing at Christ’s Church of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona. I was drawn to the church because of my expertise in saving money and establishing strategic purchasing relationships for various needs such as office supplies, janitorial services, waste management, copiers and printing services, property management, bus transportation, and outreach projects. My goal was to lower the church’s monthly and annual budgets. I was successful in achieving this. The outcome of my efforts and the research I conducted exceeded my expectations. I have dedicated 15 years to the church on staff and 12 years to volunteering and growing small groups. I have witnessed the fulfillment of a dream as I served and saw the church grow from 800 people to 38,000 over 27 years, making it the 5th largest church in America. My wife and I have been married for 38 years, and have two amazing daughters and two grandsons.
