Before starting ERM, I was Director of Purchasing at Christ’s Church of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona. I was drawn to the church because of my expertise in saving money and establishing strategic purchasing relationships for various needs such as office supplies, janitorial services, waste management, copiers and printing services, property management, bus transportation, and outreach projects. My goal was to lower the church’s monthly and annual budgets. I was successful in achieving this. The outcome of my efforts and the research I conducted exceeded my expectations. I have dedicated 15 years to the church on staff and 12 years to volunteering and growing small groups. I have witnessed the fulfillment of a dream as I served and saw the church grow from 800 people to 38,000 over 27 years, making it the 5th largest church in America. My wife and I have been married for 38 years, and have two amazing daughters and two grandsons.

He's a prominent figure in the Self Storage industry for Risk Management and Protection Programs as a licensed Property & Casualty Producer in all 50 states.

s a boy I grew up in Ohio. I played sports like most boys. It was baseball that challenged me the most and where my heart found a home. It was the days of Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente, and Willy Mays to name a few.

I became a Christian in 1975 entered Bible college in 1979, and from there went into the ministry. I served the First Christian Church of Glen Burnie for 20 years, and then I served at Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) for 9 1/2 years. My wife, Barbara Jo, and I moved to MI as she received a job promotion. While there I had an interim ministry with the Montpelier Christian Church for 17 months while they searched for a minister.

In 2020 my wife and I moved to The Villages, FL where I am presently serving as the Minister of Involvement at the New Life Christian Church. Barbara Jo and I love spending time on the golf course and traveling to be with our 9 grandchildren. I also enjoy playing pickleball, swimming and riding my motorcycle, a 2005 Harley Davidson Road King.
